Affiliate Program Agreement

This H2HOSTY Affiliate Program Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms and conditions applicable to participation in the H2HOSTY Affiliate Program (“Affiliate Program”, “Program”).

The Program is operated by H2HOSTY PRIVATE LIMITED, having its office at SCO 205, Sector 14, Panchkula, Haryana 134109, India (“H2HOSTY”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By applying for, accessing, or participating in the H2HOSTY Affiliate Program, you (“Affiliate”, “Partner”, “you”, or “your”) agree to comply with this Agreement.

1. Affiliate Program Overview

The H2HOSTY Affiliate Program allows approved partners to promote eligible H2HOSTY products and earn commissions when new customers make qualifying purchases through valid affiliate referrals.

The Program may be used by, including but not limited to:

• Freelancers
• Web developers and designers
• Agencies
• YouTubers and content creators
• Bloggers
• Influencers
• Educators and course creators
• Online communities
• Hosting reviewers
• Technology websites
• Other approved partners

Participation in the Program is subject to approval by H2HOSTY.

H2HOSTY reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

2. Currency Display

Where H2HOSTY displays an amount in both Indian Rupees (“INR”) and United States Dollars (“USD”), the USD amount is an approximate reference value only.

Exchange rates may change from time to time.

For examples in this Agreement, an indicative exchange rate of approximately:

$1 USD = ₹96.39 INR

has been used.

Actual currency conversion rates may differ at the time of calculation or payout.

H2HOSTY may use the applicable conversion rate available within its billing, Affiliate, payment, or payout system at the relevant time.

3. Eligible Customers

Affiliate commissions are available only for new H2HOSTY customers unless H2HOSTY specifically states otherwise.

A new customer generally means a customer who:

• Has not previously maintained an H2HOSTY customer account;
• Has not previously purchased services from H2HOSTY; and
• Makes a qualifying purchase through a properly tracked Affiliate referral.

Existing H2HOSTY customers are not eligible to generate standard new-customer Affiliate commissions by clicking or using an Affiliate referral before purchasing or renewing a service.

H2HOSTY may review customer information, account relationships, payment information, and other relevant data when determining whether a referral qualifies as a new customer.

4. Shared Hosting Commission

Standard Shared Hosting commission starts at:

30%

and can increase up to:

45%

based on the Affiliate’s confirmed qualifying sales during the applicable calendar month.

The maximum commission payable on Shared Hosting is 45%.

5. Cloud Hosting Commission

Standard Cloud Hosting commission starts at:

25%

and can increase up to:

35%

based on the Affiliate’s confirmed qualifying sales during the applicable calendar month.

The maximum commission payable on Cloud Hosting is 35%.

6. Monthly Commission Tier Reset

Shared Hosting and Cloud Hosting sales tiers are calculated separately for each calendar month.

At the beginning of each new calendar month, the Affiliate returns to the applicable base commission tier.

For example:

• Shared Hosting starts at 30%
• Cloud Hosting starts at 25%

As additional qualifying sales are confirmed during that month, the applicable commission tier may increase.

Unless H2HOSTY specifically provides otherwise, reaching a higher tier does not automatically retroactively increase commissions already calculated and confirmed at a lower tier.

7. Longer-Term Purchase Bonus

Qualifying Shared Hosting and Cloud Hosting purchases with longer billing periods may receive an additional commission bonus.

3 Years	+5 percentage points

For example, if the Affiliate’s applicable Shared Hosting commission is 30%:

• 1-year purchase → 30%
• 2-year purchase → 32%
• 3-year purchase → 35%

If the Affiliate’s applicable Shared Hosting commission is 40%:

• 1-year purchase → 40%
• 2-year purchase → 42%
• 3-year purchase → 45%

The total commission, including any billing-period bonus, may never exceed the maximum commission rate applicable to the product.

Therefore:

• Shared Hosting maximum: 45%
• Cloud Hosting maximum: 35%

8. Monthly Shared & Cloud Hosting Purchases

Monthly Shared Hosting and Cloud Hosting plans are eligible for Affiliate commissions under separate rules.

For a monthly plan to qualify:

1. The referred customer must make a valid initial monthly purchase.
2. The customer must remain active.
3. The customer must successfully complete three consecutive paid months.
4. The account must not have been refunded, cancelled, charged back, found fraudulent, or otherwise become ineligible.

Once these requirements are met, the Affiliate will receive:

15% of the first eligible monthly invoice

This is a one-time commission only.

The Affiliate will not receive 15% every month.

Example

If a customer purchases hosting for:

₹500/month (approximately $5.19 USD/month)

and successfully remains a paying customer for three consecutive months:

Affiliate commission:

₹500 × 15% = ₹75 (approximately $0.78 USD)

The commission is paid once as the qualifying monthly-plan commission.

9. VPS Hosting Commission

Eligible VPS Hosting referrals receive:

5% Fixed Commission

VPS commission does not participate in Shared or Cloud Hosting volume tiers.

The 2-year and 3-year commission bonuses do not apply to VPS Hosting unless H2HOSTY specifically announces otherwise.

Monthly VPS

For monthly VPS purchases:

• The referred customer must remain active and successfully paid for at least 60 days.
• The Affiliate receives 5% of the first eligible invoice only.

This commission does not recur monthly.

Annual or Longer VPS Purchases

For eligible annual or longer-term VPS purchases, the Affiliate receives:

5% of the eligible amount paid for the qualifying initial purchase.

10. RDP Hosting Commission

Eligible RDP Hosting referrals receive:

5% Fixed Commission

For monthly RDP purchases:

• The customer must remain active and successfully paid for at least 60 days.
• The Affiliate receives 5% of the first eligible invoice only.

For eligible annual or longer-term purchases:

• The Affiliate receives 5% of the eligible initial purchase value.

RDP commissions are one-time commissions and are not recurring.

11. Non-Commissionable Products

Unless H2HOSTY specifically states otherwise, commissions are not payable on:

Domain Services

Including:

• Domain registration
• Domain transfer
• Domain renewal

Email Hosting

Email Hosting is currently non-commissionable.

H2HOSTY may add, remove, or modify eligible products and commission rates at any time.

12. Commission Calculation

Commission is calculated on the eligible net product value actually and successfully paid by the customer.

Commission calculations exclude, where applicable:

• GST
• VAT or other taxes
• Domain registration charges
• Domain renewal charges
• Domain transfer charges
• Software licences
• Third-party products or services
• Non-commissionable add-ons
• Account credits
• Promotional credits
• Gift balances
• Payment processing charges where applicable
• Amounts refunded to the customer
• Any other amount designated by H2HOSTY as non-commissionable

Commission is calculated on the amount paid after discounts and promotional offers.

Example

Regular product price:

₹10,000 (approximately $103.75 USD)

Customer discount:

₹3,000 (approximately $31.12 USD)

Eligible amount actually paid:

₹7,000 (approximately $72.62 USD)

Affiliate commission will be calculated on:

₹7,000 / approximately $72.62 USD

and not on the original ₹10,000 price.

13. GST and Taxes

GST or any other applicable tax collected from customers is not considered H2HOSTY service revenue for Affiliate commission purposes.

Example

Service value:

₹1,000 (approximately $10.37 USD)

GST:

₹180 (approximately $1.87 USD)

Total customer payment:

₹1,180 (approximately $12.24 USD)

If the applicable commission is 30%, the commission will be:

₹300 (approximately $3.11 USD)

and not 30% of ₹1,180.

Affiliates are responsible for any tax obligations applicable to the commissions they receive.

H2HOSTY may request tax, identity, banking, or other required information before processing payments where necessary.

14. 90-Day Affiliate Cookie

H2HOSTY currently provides a:

90-Day Affiliate Tracking Cookie

When a visitor clicks a valid Affiliate referral link, H2HOSTY may attempt to associate that visitor with the Affiliate for up to 90 days.

Tracking is subject to technical limitations including, but not limited to:

• Browser cookie settings
• Cookie deletion
• Different devices or browsers
• Privacy tools
• Ad blockers
• Tracking prevention technologies
• Network or browser configurations

H2HOSTY does not guarantee successful tracking where the necessary tracking information is unavailable or has been removed.

15. Affiliate Attribution

H2HOSTY generally uses:

Last Valid Affiliate Referral Attribution

If a prospective customer first visits H2HOSTY through Affiliate A and later visits through a valid referral from Affiliate B before purchasing, the most recent valid Affiliate referral may receive attribution.

H2HOSTY’s tracking records will be used when determining Affiliate attribution.

H2HOSTY reserves the right to correct attribution where there is clear evidence of tracking errors, fraud, manipulation, or misuse.

16. Commission Validation Period

Standard qualifying commissions are subject to a:

35-Day Validation Period

During this period, the commission may appear as pending.

The validation period allows H2HOSTY to review:

• Refunds
• Cancellations
• Fraud
• Payment disputes
• Chargebacks
• Duplicate transactions
• Affiliate Program violations
• Other transaction-related issues

Once validated, the commission may become approved.

The 35-day period does not override longer qualification requirements specifically applicable to monthly Shared/Cloud Hosting or monthly VPS/RDP plans.

For example, a monthly Shared Hosting referral must first satisfy its three-paid-month requirement.

H2HOSTY reserves the right to extend a validation or review period where an order, Affiliate account, customer account, payment, or referral is under investigation.

17. Minimum Payout

The minimum approved Affiliate balance required to request a payout is:

₹2,500 (approximately $25.94 USD)

For Affiliates outside India, H2HOSTY may display an equivalent minimum payout amount in another supported currency.

Currency conversion and payout thresholds may vary depending on the Affiliate’s account, currency, or payout system.

18. Payout Requests

Affiliate payouts are not automatically initiated solely because the minimum payout threshold has been reached.

Once the Affiliate has the required approved balance, the Affiliate must submit a payout request through the available Affiliate account/dashboard system or another method provided by H2HOSTY.

Only approved and payable commissions count toward the minimum payout threshold.

Pending commissions cannot be withdrawn.

19. Payout Processing Time

Valid payout requests are normally processed within:

7 Working Days

from the date of the valid payout request.

Working days exclude applicable holidays.

The processing time may be extended where:

• Affiliate verification is incomplete;
• Required payment information is missing or incorrect;
• The payout is under fraud or compliance review;
• The payment provider delays or rejects the transaction;
• H2HOSTY requires additional information from the Affiliate; or
• Circumstances outside H2HOSTY’s reasonable control affect processing.

20. Payout Methods

Available Affiliate payout methods will be displayed within the Affiliate’s account or communicated by H2HOSTY.

Available methods may differ according to:

• Country
• Currency
• Affiliate account
• Payment provider availability
• Regulatory requirements
• Other operational factors

H2HOSTY may add, remove, or change available payout methods at any time.

The availability of any specific payment provider or payment method is not guaranteed permanently.

21. Refunds and Cancellations

A fully refunded or cancelled transaction will not generate an Affiliate commission.

If a commission has not yet been paid, it may be cancelled.

If commission has already been paid for a transaction that is later reversed, charged back, refunded, or determined to be invalid, H2HOSTY may deduct the corresponding amount from the Affiliate’s current or future Affiliate balance where reasonably applicable.

22. Partial Refunds

Where only part of the customer’s eligible purchase is refunded, the Affiliate commission may be recalculated based on the final eligible amount retained by H2HOSTY.

Example

Original eligible amount:

₹10,000 (approximately $103.75 USD)

Commission rate:

30%

Original commission:

₹3,000 (approximately $31.12 USD)

Customer refund:

₹4,000 (approximately $41.50 USD)

Remaining eligible amount:

₹6,000 (approximately $62.25 USD)

Recalculated commission:

₹1,800 (approximately $18.67 USD)

23. Renewals

Unless H2HOSTY specifically announces otherwise:

Standard hosting renewals do not generate Affiliate commission.

The Affiliate Program is primarily designed to reward qualifying new-customer purchases.

H2HOSTY may introduce separate:

• Renewal commissions
• Retention bonuses
• Promotional bonuses
• Product-specific incentives

at its discretion.

Such incentives will apply only according to the terms under which they are offered.

24. Self-Referrals

Self-referrals are prohibited.

Affiliates must not use their own referral links, Affiliate codes, accounts, or other tracking methods to receive commission from purchases made by:

• The Affiliate personally;
• Accounts controlled by the Affiliate;
• Artificially created accounts;
• Accounts created primarily to generate commission; or
• Other arrangements intended to circumvent the self-referral restriction.

H2HOSTY may cancel commissions associated with self-referrals and take appropriate action against the Affiliate account.

25. Fraudulent & Prohibited Activity

Affiliates must not engage in practices including:

• Fraudulent orders
• Fake customer accounts
• Stolen payment methods
• Chargeback manipulation
• Cookie stuffing
• Forced clicks
• Artificial traffic
• Automated fraudulent traffic
• Spam
• Unsolicited bulk messages
• False advertising
• Misleading advertising
• False income or service claims
• Fake reviews
• Impersonating H2HOSTY
• Manipulating Affiliate tracking
• Creating transactions solely to generate commission
• Unauthorized cashback schemes
• Misleading coupon websites
• Using invalid or unauthorized promotional codes
• Any activity reasonably considered abusive or fraudulent

H2HOSTY may investigate unusual Affiliate activity.

During an investigation, commissions or payouts may be temporarily held.

26. Marketing & Brand Representation

Affiliates may promote H2HOSTY through legitimate channels, including websites, social media, video platforms, blogs, and other approved channels.

Affiliates must accurately represent H2HOSTY’s products, pricing, features, and promotions.

Affiliates must not claim to be:

• H2HOSTY itself;
• An employee of H2HOSTY;
• An authorized representative with powers they do not have; or
• An official H2HOSTY website/account unless specifically authorized.

Affiliate participation does not create an employment, franchise, agency, joint venture, or legal partnership relationship between H2HOSTY and the Affiliate.

The use of the term “Partner” in the Program is for marketing/program purposes and does not create a legal partnership.

27. H2HOSTY Brand & Intellectual Property

H2HOSTY may provide approved:

• Logos
• Banners
• Images
• Promotional creatives
• Product information
• Affiliate links
• Advertising materials

for Affiliate use.

Affiliates may use these materials only for legitimate promotion of H2HOSTY in connection with the Affiliate Program.

Affiliates must not alter H2HOSTY’s trademarks or brand identity in a way that misrepresents H2HOSTY.

All rights in H2HOSTY’s brand, trademarks, logos, website content, and intellectual property remain with H2HOSTY or their respective owners.

28. Paid Advertising & Brand Keyword Bidding

Affiliates may use paid advertising subject to this Agreement and any additional advertising rules H2HOSTY establishes.

Without prior written approval from H2HOSTY, Affiliates must not bid on or deliberately target H2HOSTY-branded search terms, including variations such as:

• H2HOSTY
• H2 HOSTY
• H2HOSTY Hosting
• H2HOSTY Coupon
• H2HOSTY Promo Code
• Misspellings or confusingly similar versions of the H2HOSTY brand

Affiliates must not create advertisements designed to appear to be an official H2HOSTY advertisement when they are not authorized to do so.

H2HOSTY may establish additional PPC, paid advertising, or brand-bidding restrictions from time to time.

29. Coupons & Promotional Codes

Affiliates may use Affiliate-specific coupon or promotional codes provided or approved by H2HOSTY.

Affiliates must not:

• Advertise expired coupons as valid;
• Invent unauthorized H2HOSTY coupon codes;
• Falsely claim an exclusive discount;
• Misrepresent the value of a promotion; or
• Use coupon methods intended to overwrite legitimate Affiliate referrals improperly.

Coupon-based attribution may be supported where technically available.

H2HOSTY’s tracking system will determine the qualifying Affiliate attribution.

30. Affiliate Dashboard & Reporting

H2HOSTY may provide an Affiliate dashboard containing information such as:

• Clicks
• Referrals
• Sales
• Pending commissions
• Approved commissions
• Rejected commissions
• Paid commissions
• Affiliate links
• Payout information

Dashboard statistics are provided for convenience.

H2HOSTY may correct reporting or calculation errors where discovered.

H2HOSTY’s validated internal transaction and tracking records will be used for final commission calculations.

31. Promotional Bonuses

H2HOSTY may periodically offer additional:

• Commission bonuses
• Sales bonuses
• Performance incentives
• Special product commissions
• Contest rewards
• Limited-time campaigns

Such promotions may have separate eligibility requirements, dates, limits, and conditions.

Participation in one promotional campaign does not guarantee that the same incentive will be available in the future.

32. Affiliate Account Suspension or Termination

H2HOSTY may suspend, restrict, or terminate an Affiliate’s participation where H2HOSTY reasonably believes the Affiliate has:

• Violated this Agreement;
• Committed fraud or abuse;
• Misrepresented H2HOSTY;
• Manipulated tracking;
• Generated invalid referrals;
• Engaged in prohibited advertising;
• Created material risk to H2HOSTY, its customers, or its reputation; or
• Otherwise misused the Affiliate Program.

Where commissions arise from prohibited, fraudulent, or invalid activity, H2HOSTY may reject or cancel those commissions.

Legitimately earned commissions that are not connected with a violation may remain payable subject to applicable Program conditions and verification.

33. Affiliate’s Right to Leave the Program

An Affiliate may stop participating in the Program at any time.

After leaving the Program:

• Affiliate links may stop generating new commissions;
• Previously valid commissions remain subject to validation;
• Pending referrals remain subject to applicable eligibility rules;
• Invalid or prohibited commissions may still be rejected; and
• Any eligible approved balance remains subject to the normal payout requirements.

34. Changes to Commission Rates and Program Rules

H2HOSTY reserves the full right to change the Affiliate Program at any time.

This includes, but is not limited to, changing:

• Commission percentages
• Product eligibility
• Maximum commissions
• Sales tiers
• Monthly-plan commission rules
• Billing-period bonuses
• Cookie duration
• Attribution rules
• Validation periods
• Minimum payout amounts
• Payout schedules
• Payout methods
• Affiliate eligibility
• Promotional rules
• Marketing restrictions
• Affiliate Program features
• Any other Program condition

Changes may apply prospectively from the effective date determined by H2HOSTY.

Where reasonably possible, material changes may be communicated through the Affiliate dashboard, website, email, or another available communication method.

Affiliates are responsible for reviewing the current Affiliate Program terms periodically.

35. Changes to This Agreement

H2HOSTY may modify, update, replace, or amend this Affiliate Program Agreement at any time.

The updated Agreement may become effective when:

• It is published on the H2HOSTY website;
• It is displayed within the Affiliate dashboard;
• The stated effective date occurs; or
• The Affiliate is otherwise notified,

as applicable.

Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

If an Affiliate does not agree with a revised Agreement, the Affiliate should discontinue participation in the Program.

36. Discontinuation of the Affiliate Program

H2HOSTY reserves the right to suspend, discontinue, replace, or terminate the Affiliate Program, in whole or in part, at any time.

Where the Program is discontinued, commissions legitimately earned before the effective discontinuation date will remain subject to:

• Validation requirements;
• Refund and chargeback rules;
• Fraud checks;
• Minimum payout requirements; and
• Other applicable provisions of this Agreement.

37. Limitation Regarding Tracking Availability

Affiliate tracking depends on technical systems that may occasionally be affected by:

• System maintenance
• Browser restrictions
• Cookie restrictions
• Third-party software
• User privacy settings
• Network problems
• Technical failures

H2HOSTY will make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate Affiliate tracking but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free tracking.

Affiliates should use the official tracking links, codes, or other mechanisms provided by H2HOSTY.

38. No Guaranteed Earnings

Participation in the H2HOSTY Affiliate Program does not guarantee any minimum:

• Revenue
• Commission
• Number of referrals
• Conversion rate
• Sales volume
• Earnings

Affiliate results depend on factors including the Affiliate’s audience, promotional activity, customer purchasing decisions, and valid attribution.

Affiliates must not make misleading guaranteed-income claims when promoting the Program to others.

39. Affiliate Responsibility

Affiliates are responsible for their own:

• Websites
• Social media accounts
• Content
• Advertising
• Tax reporting
• Legal compliance
• Marketing activities
• Claims and representations

Affiliates must comply with applicable advertising, consumer protection, privacy, and disclosure requirements applicable to their promotional activities.

Where required, Affiliates should clearly disclose that they may earn a commission from purchases made through their referral links.

40. Program Interpretation

H2HOSTY may review Affiliate Program transactions and determine whether a transaction satisfies the requirements of this Agreement.

Where an unusual situation is not specifically covered by this Agreement, H2HOSTY may make a reasonable determination based on:

• Program intent
• Transaction records
• Customer status
• Affiliate activity
• Fraud risk
• Applicable promotional terms

H2HOSTY may correct genuine calculation or tracking errors discovered later.

41. Contact
